Suge Knight Accused Of Ordering A Hit

One day after Suge Knight was released from jail last week, the rap mogul allegedly masterminded a murder plot ... this according to legal documents.

An L.A. County Superior Court judge has ordered Suge to stay at least 100 yards away from a Los Angeles area man after an allegedly frightening encounter this past Friday.

According to legal docs filed Monday, the man claims Suge "had 8 guys come to my house and told them to get me or kill me."

As reporters previously reported, Suge was arrested Thursday morning for assault with a deadly weapon. It's unclear if the man who got the restraining order was involved in the prior incident -- though he claims Suge later told him that "he was out now and going to take my life."

Suge is ordered to appear in court to respond to the allegations on June 8.

Tila Tequila Enters Celebrity Rehab

It looks like Lindsay Lohan isnt the only person in need for rehab.

Tila Tequila is finally seeking professional help -- reporters has confirmed through multiple sources that the bisexual reality star has committed to do the next season of VH1's "Celebrity Rehab" ... if it doesn't get canceled first.

It's unclear what personal demon Tila will try to conquer with the help of Dr. Drew -- but it certainly won't be her addiction to attention.

But there's one major catch -- as we previously reported -- VH1 is having problems finding other "celebrities" to rehabilitate ... and if they don't find a cast quick, the show could be killed.

So far, no word on who else the show has its sights set on.

Lindsay Lohan's Drug Addiction

Lindsay Lohan cannot comply with the order Judge Marsha Revel will almost certainly lay down tomorrow -- cut drugs and alcohol out of her diet ... this according to multiple people who are in a position to know.

Judge Marsha Revel talked about it last Thursday -- that the conditions of bail will be refraining from consuming alcohol, wearing a SCRAM bracelet to monitor alcohol consumption, and submitting to random drug testing at least once a week.

As one person connected to Lindsay tells reporters, "She can't make it through a day without it. She's a mess."

Another source says Lindsay wakes up with cravings and satisfies them fast.

Unless Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, changes Judge Revel's mind tomorrow in court, the three conditions should become part of Lindsay's bail by noon.

Probation violations aside, if Lindsay violates any of these conditions, the judge could revoke her bail and put her in jail.

Megan Fox Quits Transformers 3?

Megan Fox claims it was her idea not to return for the third installment.
"It was her decision not to return. She wishes the franchise the best."

Just days ago Shia LaBeouf promised 'Transformers 3' would be better than 'Transformers 2.'

One possible improvement?

Michael Bay has decided not to pick up Megan Fox's option for 'Transformers 3,' Nikki Finke reports in a bombshell story.

Finke reports Bay and team are working on a script and "giving Shia a new love interest [that] makes more sense for the story."
Revenge?

Late last summer Fox likened Bay to Hitler and Napoleon on set.
In response an anonymous crewmember posted a scathing open letter to her online, calling her dumb and classless.

Other than the Transformers films, Fox has headlined the disappointing 'Jennifer's Body.'

Bay cast her when she was a virtual unknown, best known for a role as a daughter on the long-gone Kelly Ripa sitcom 'Hope & Faith

Adam Ant's Crazy Self

Eighties singer Adam Ant has been placed under mental hospital care after a spate of bizarre and often offensive outbursts in public, numerous British newspapers are reporting Friday.

According to the Daily Mail and The Sun, Ant -- real name Stuart Goddard -- unleashed a "tirade of abuse" on a crowd at a charity concert in Portsmouth last week. Attendees began booing when Ant stopped the show to teach a 4-year-old boy the words of a song. He asked if there were any Christians in attendance, and reportedly told them to "f**k off."

Ex-NHL Star Accused of Sexually Harrasment

A former L.A. Kings hockey player-turned-assistant coach was arrested this morning in Washington D.C. for allegedly sexually abusing a 21-year-old woman -- his own daughter.

Weve learned 51-year-old Mark Hardy is in police custody after his daughter told cops that Mark "put his hand down [her] shorts and touched her genital area without her permission."

Hardy was arrested at the legendary Mayflower Hotel in D.C. -- where the alleged incident was said to have occurred early this morning. He's set to face a judge later today on the charge of misdemeanor sexual abuse.

Lindsay Lohan's Brush With The Law

Lindsay will be a no-show in court this AM because, she claims, her passport was stolen, making it impossible for her to fly from Cannes to L.A. for her probation progress report hearing.

Our sources say Lindsay is blaming everyone -- even her alcohol ed instructor. We're told Lindsay claims the instructor made it "uncomfortable" for her to attend the required number of classes because she claims the instructor was texting that she wanted to hang out with her. As for why she's stuck in France -- Lindsay has a list of people to blame ... and she's not on the list.

We're told Lindsay's likely return date is Friday. She needs to attend 3 more alcohol ed classes to comply with the terms of probation. Those courses should have been completed by today, but the best she can hope for is a judge who believes in the saying, better late than never.

Earlier today the judge set the bail at $100,000. We're told Lindsay's people promptly plunked down $10,000 (the standard 10%) to secure the bond and the judge then recalled the warrant -- meaning Lindsay will not be arrested when she returns to the U.S.

We're told Lindsay and her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, will be in court on Monday at 8:30 AM. The judge will then set a date for a probation violation hearing.

Judge Marsha Revel said this morning there was probable cause to believe Lindsay has violated the terms of her probation.

Bret Michaels Heart Problems

Bret Michaels was rushed back to the hospital this week where doctors claim they found a "hole in the heart."

According to Bret's rep, the singer was complaining about "numbness on the left side of his body, predominately his face and hands."

After a series of tests, doctors concluded that Michaels had suffered a "Transient Ischemic Attack -- more commonly referred to as a "warning stroke."

During the tests, the doctors say they found that Bret had a Patent Forum Ovale -- which is essentially a hole in the heart.

Doctors say Bret's condition is "operable and treatable." The docs also don't believe the "warning stroke" is related to Bret's brain hemorrhage.

Bret will be treated with outpatient care -- which includes a daily injection of a blood thinner.

Bret's rep also notes that the singer is in "good spirits, great medical hands and is positive and hopeful that everything is going to be OK."

The rep concludes, "He is up, walking, talking, continuing his daily rehab and very happy to be alive but he has made it clear he is sick and tired of being in the hospital and is ready to rock again."
